The service
Sundown Desk answers the calls your business forwards to it with an AI receptionist. It puts a summary of each call in your private dashboard and rings your phone for urgent calls. We set it up from the information you give us and test it before it answers real calls.
Free trial
The trial lasts 14 days or 50 minutes of calls, whichever comes first. No card is needed. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
Price and billing
The plan is $149.99 a month for up to 300 minutes of calls, billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe may be named as the seller on your receipt. We ask before any extra charge. If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time by emailing hello@sundowndesk.com or from the billing link in your receipt. The service runs until the end of the month you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. We don't refund part of a month, except where the law requires it. Stripe may also refund a payment under its own policies.
Your part
Only forward numbers your business controls. Keep your prices, hours and emergency rules up to date with us. Use the service lawfully, and don't use it for medical, legal or financial advice or for calls that require a licence we don't hold.
Not an emergency service
Sundown Desk is not a 911 or emergency dispatch service. It is set up to tell callers in danger to hang up and call 911, and to ring you for urgent calls, but it can't guarantee every call or alert gets through.
AI can make mistakes
The receptionist answers from the information you approve, and every call comes with a recording and transcript. Check important details with the caller before you act on them.
Your data
Your customers' details belong to your business. How we handle them is in our privacy page. Calls in your dashboard are deleted after 90 days.
Limits
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits or missed jobs, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before a claim. We may suspend the service for misuse or non-payment.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you before changes apply to you. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona.
